Dear Parents,
Assalam u Alaikum
The Government has announced the reopening of all educational institutions in a staggered manner. Following the schedule forwarded by the Government, the school administration is ready to open the school for Grades PG – 10 from Monday, 7th June, 2021.
Students will attend the school from Monday to Saturday on alternate days with 50 % of total strength on each day. Day/class wise students’ lists are also being forwarded to you through WhatsApp groups to avoid any inconvenience.
To ensure the students’ safety and well being, you are requested to follow the SOPs given by the Government regarding COVID-19 listed below in true spirit:
1. Social Distancing: Strict social distancing must be followed upon entry and exit at school.
2. Wearing Mask: All students are mandated to wear masks at all times inside the school from entrance.
3. Temperature Screening: Students with the temperature reading more than 37°C/98.6°F will not be allowed into the school/classroom.
4. Lunch Time: Every student must keep his/her own lunch box, and a water bottle to have a healthy and safe lunch time within the classrooms.
5. Stationery: All students must keep/carry their required stationery with them. Sharing will not be allowed.
Note:
– Following school timings will be observed:
Arrival Timings: 6:45am – 7:00am
Off Timings: 12:00pm Noon
– Parents are requested to send their child in proper school uniform with all school accessories(books, notebooks, pencils/pen, lunch and water bottle etc)
